- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very poor customer service. Receptionist was very rude and said they didn't except my children's insurance. However, it states that it is in fact excepted on their website. Then it was that they weren't excepting any new patients. All they need is their flu shot! We are new to the area and I'm very displeased with my interaction with this medical office. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend as a first choice. Perhaps they should consider retraining their office staff.November 04, 2017by Meg Roberts
